About The Phil Wagner Foundation

The Phil Wagner Foundation was formed in the wake of Phil's death while serving the community he swore to protect. It was started by a few knuckle-dragging SWAT teammates who just wanted to ensure Phil's memory lived on.

To honor law enforcement officers who have fallen in the line of duty by providing meaningful support to their families during times of profound loss.

Our Services

Scholarships

The Phil Wagner Foundation is currently working with the Lorain County Community College to offer a full-ride scholarship for the LCCC Police Academy for an unsponsored cadet who would otherwise be responsible for paying for their own tuition. Click here for more information.

Line of Duty Death Fund

The Phil Wagner Foundation has established a line of duty death fund for Ohio law enforcement officers who are killed in the line of duty. One of the foundation missions is to provide financial support to families during this time of profound loss and help ease the financial burden brought on by the immediate loss of income to the family.
